The ₹49 payment is for creation and delivery of a personalized career roadmap. Because the report generation process starts after successful payment, refund requests are handled as described below.
If you were charged successfully but the personalized report could not be generated or delivered because of a technical failure on our side, contact us and we will either resolve delivery or issue a refund for that transaction.
If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us with the transaction details. We will review the records and refund any confirmed duplicate charge.
Once the personalized report has been successfully generated and made available to you, a refund is generally not available merely because you did not like a recommendation or changed your mind. We may consider exceptional cases at our discretion where applicable law requires otherwise.
Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment channel used for the transaction and may take additional banking/payment-network time to reflect.
